  StarSkate: (all coaching fees are to be arranged between the coach and skater prior to
  entering events)
  Team Elements per skater
  Singles Events per skater
  Pairs Events per skater
  Team Spiral per skater (4 skaters required)
  Team Shoot the Duck per skater (4 skaters required)
